Wado-ryu. One of the mildest styles of karate before. Here the emphasis is not on physical strength, but on the development of inner strength and self-control. This style is based on spirituality and respect for the opponent; some techniques are borrowed from Jujitsu;
Goju-ryu. A distinctive feature of this style is a combination of fluidity and strength. The alternation of smooth movements and powerful blows allows you to repel the attacks of the enemy as with the beginning of Ju and with the beginning of Go.
It should be noted that the style of karate do is not a distinction of movements or movement techniques. The style is a technique for teaching the same principles, techniques and philosophy.
